Cheese purveyor Classified has recently launched its new “Mont D’Or” dessert cheese, an ideal ingredient for making a hot, gloopy fondue on a chilly night at home. Throughout the rest of November, Classified is taking delivery orders ($250 plus $50 delivery), but if you don’t trust yourself not to make a hash of it, simply head to any Classified outlet around town for a first-class cheese fondue straight off the dining menu. Made of Comté and Emmental cheese with a splash of white wine and Kirsch, it makes a delicious dinner for two. Dunkables include croutons, apples and potatoes, and the whole lot costs $290.
