Looking for gluten-free alcohol

Dear Mr. Know-It-All,
As a person with gluten intolerance, I am tired of sitting out while my friends go to the bars and drink beer. I’ve heard of gluten-free brews, but the one’s I’ve tried are bland and I’m looking for a place that sells a bit of variety. Please help!

Belgian organic beermeisters Daas recently launched two brews in Hong Kong, both of which are gluten-free. The ambré is made from barley and has butterscotch, caramel and floral notes. The blond brew tastes like toffee and honey with a touch of spice and banana—which may tempt your non-allergic, beer-loving friends. Both beers are available at Life Café (10 Shelley St., Central, 2810-9777) and Just Green (52 Graham St., Central, 2801-5611). Remember to drink responsibly!
