Sunny Cheng, 27, works at his family business: the Traditional Beijing Dumpling House stall at the Queen Street Cooked Food Market. Feeding hoards of hungry customers who fill up the popular joint, Cheng helps his family make over 1,000 dumplings a day. He talks to Winkei Lee about these delectable bites and his quirky dress sense.
