“Dream Bear” Lew Mong-hung has been in the news recently. The embattled businessman and former CPPCC Standing Committee member has been lashing out at CY Leung—whom he formerly supported—and accusing him off all kinds of misconduct after being investigated by the ICAC for his shady business dealings in Kazakhstan.
