Where can I get liquid latex to make my face look bumpy and scarred for a costume?

For the Rugby Sevens this year I'd like to go as Jocelyn Wildenstein, also known as “The Bride of Wildenstein”—the woman that ended up looking disfigured after spending millions of dollars on cosmetic surgery procedures. I need to make my face look all bumpy and scarred. To achieve that look, I need some liquid latex. Where can I get this?
