A Taste of Taiwanese Shaved Ice

Auntie Sweet

Located on a relatively unpopular street in Tin Hau, Auntie Sweet’s main draw is its celebrity following and its unconventional desserts. Try the Super Durian Sorbet: the shaved ice itself comes in a shade of pale yellow. There’s a strong, “meaty” durian smell to the whole thing and the sweetness is just right. There is also a thick layer of fresh durian meat right in the middle that’s as creamy as the ice cream itself.
