Benefit launches Puff Off! Under Eye Gel

Puffy eyes a perennial problem? Benefit’s brand new under eye gel is here to help. It’s a translucent, peach-colored gel with a cooling effect that aims to remove the appearance of fine lines around the eyes. It can be applied under makeup, and reapplied on top of makeup throughout the day. The Puff Off! gel comes with an adorable custom applicator—shaped like a teeny tiny iron—that's meant to cool on contact to refresh and smooths away tired puffy eye bags.
