It’s all about producing nutritious chocolate that’s untouched by preservatives, refined sugar, or anything artificial—they’re also chock-full of superfoods. Cacao beans are sourced directly from a co-op in Indonesia, and the rest is done by hand in Kwun Tong. Try the original “Authentic Me” bar for a complex, fruity flavor or ramp it up with the spice-packed “Love Me” chai chaga chipotle chili bar. Now that’s a mouthful.
