Sep 20 Pink Dot 
A daytime, family-friendly event in Tamar Park that’s all about diversity and inclusion. There’ll be free food and drink, plus live music from the likes of Anthony Wong, Denise Ho, GDJYB and MastaMic. Last year’s event saw some 12,000 people take part, and with more expected this year. All are welcome!

Sep 19-Oct 10 Hong Kong Lesbian & Gay Film Festival 
The 26th Hong Kong Lesbian & Gay Film Festival is Asia’s longest-running festival of its kind. Highlights include opening film “Front Cover,” about a Chinese-American stylist who must style Beijing’s newest, most patriotic, star. Check out the opening party on Sep 19, 10:30pm at Zafran (B/F, 43-55 Wyndham St., Central, 2116-8855). $100 with a drink or free with opening night ticket stub.

DJ Angus Wong has put together the newest, hipsterest gay night in town.

Oct 10 Pink Season Launch / HKGLFF Closing Party 
Shake your thang to art, fashion, dance and music at this event, which simultaneously celebrates the start of Pink Season and the end of the Lesbian & Gay Film Fest.

Oct 18 Floatilla  
The legendary gay junk party turns 10 this year, and the theme is “Sailors and Sailorettes.” There are spots available on open boats, or you can charter your own and head down. Never been on a gay junk? They’re awesome.

Nov 3 “Why Our Marriage Matters and Brings Honor to Our Family” 
New York-based activists Charles Ignacio and John Catania talk about and present documentary segments on why their own marriage matters—and why LGBT marriage matters.

Nov 6 Peter Le Birthday Bash 
Asian-American porn star Peter Le celebrates his birthday in Hong Kong, complete with floor show.

Nov 14 “Sexual Outlaws, Rebels and Renegades: Hidden Heroes of the Gay American Experience” 
Screening of documentaries about unsung gay and lesbian icons, including jazz great Billy Strayhorn and bandleader Billy Tipton, who cross-dressed for his entire life.

Nov 19-21 “A Language of Their Own” 
Initially banned in its home country, Singaporean playwright Chay Yew’s “A Language of Their Own” is all about the challenges of being both gay and Chinese in the west.

Regular events Guerilla 
“Gay bombers” Guerilla take over hetero bars with more fabulousness than a pink feather boa caught in a glitter storm.
