Try our Bombay Mix salad, a quick starter or side dish inspired by Indian cuisine, combining quite simply a bag of Bombay snack mix with freshly chopped salad and herbs. It’s the perfect combination of crunch, freshness, zing and spice!
You’ll need:
- 1 cup of Bombay Mix
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup diced cucumber
- 1-2 tbsp chopped red onion
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander or mint
- (or both, depending on preference)
- 1 tbsp mango chutney
Method:
- Simply combine the ingredients above in a large bowl, but do ensure you make this immediately before serving to prevent it from going soggy.
Serves 2-4 as a starter or side dish.
