Hong Kong-based online fashion retailer Grana is all about timeless essentials made from the world’s best fabrics, sold at affordable prices. Founder Luke Grana started his label in Hong Kong in 2014 with only a batch of 2,000 t-shirts in a small 500 sq. ft. warehouse—which all sold out in two weeks. He sits down with The List’s Kate Lok to share the basics to his stylish success.

Everybody needs a good t-shirt. It’s timeless, easy to wear—an absolute wardrobe must-have. These t-shirts were the first products I ever sold on our website. They are also what inspired me to start Grana. I was visiting my brother in Peru when I came across the superior quality of Peruvian Pima cotton. I was highly impressed by the soft feel and durability of the fabric.
