Tried + Tested

A pull-down Murphy bed in the children's playroom offers a space-saving solution, as well as being quick and easy to access when guests stay over. Designer Keith Chan covered its base with a magnetic whiteboard, giving it another function as a display area for works of art. The Murphy bed (HK$40,000) and shelving unit (HK$17,000) were designed by Chan and supplied by Hintegro. The superhero cushion (HK$200) was bought via Etsy and the beanbag (HK$1,920) came from Ovo. The American Walnut flooring here and throughout most of the house was HK$60 per square foot from Elegant Flooring.
