"It's been exactly five years since launching the brand here in Hong Kong and it was a now or never feeling. I've learnt a lot and felt confident enough to take this leap. I often remember the early crisp mornings of setting up my stalls, at Portobello or Spitalfields [markets, in London], and then packing them all away hours later in the freezing dark and dreaming of one day having my own shop, or even just a roof and door instead of a trolley and plastic awning."

"I still find nature, people, music, spreading love and [thinking about] how we can live more eco-consciously [inspirational]. The latest, Umbra collection fuses all of these [ideas] together."

"I feel like we have a larger variety of people interested in our designs. It used to be Caucasian-centric, but it feels more balanced now. More people are looking for unique pieces and appreciate what we are trying to do - to spread the word to tread lightly on the Earth."

"A sketchbook and pencils, pillowcase and earphones."

"Last New Year's Eve was perfect. I went to Bali with a group of friends who share similar ideas, a zest for life and a love for music. We chilled by the beautiful villa pool, went to the beach, mountain-biked, had our auras cleansed, visited temples, ate out at different restaurants every day and danced into the wee hours to friends playing on the DJ decks or at the clubs there. I even managed to tag on a few work meetings."
