Who founded it? London-based Greek fashion designer Mary Katrantzou has collaborated with online luxury retailer matchesfashion.com to create the 26-piece, A to Z tote bag collection. Central Saint Martins-trained Katrantzou is known for her psychedelic digital prints and has previously teamed up with brands such as Longchamp and Adidas.
Why we love it: what’s not to love about the alphabet-themed collection? The bags are a bright and colourful collage of architectural, graphic and pop-culture elements. Make it personal by picking one featuring the first letter of your name.
What we’d pick: starting with the first letter of the alphabet, the A tote bag (top) is a visual feast that sets a pink desert against roaring waves. Alternatively, if you have a weakness for all things Japanese, opt for the K tote bag (right). Or go wild with the reptilian N bag (above left). The bags are priced at HK$6,900 each.
