Gone Fishing We're huge fans of Paul Smith, so much so that we worry for all the imitators out there when the fashion knight finally hangs up his tape measure and stops creating beautifully made clothes and accessories that they can rip off. Hopefully for us, and the copycats, that fateful day is a long time from now. Meanwhile, check out Paul Smith's latest Fishing bag collection of handcrafted, made-in-Spain leather goods. We've picked out the oxblood calf leather medium-sized umber (top; HK$13,500) and the tan calf-leather tote (above; HK$16,000). Paul Smith is in The Landmark, Central.

Judging by his latest spring-summer collection, Giorgio Armani's been spending a lot of time on his multimillion-dollar superyacht, Main. The wonderful ensemble features day-to-night looks that could grace the yacht club and look just as good idling on board with a glass of champagne somewhere in the Mediterranean. We love one look in particular, and it comes in a variety of colour options (two of which are pictured above). The key elements are the double-breasted pea coat in ruched silk linen (HK$21,000), shirt with grandad collar (HK$6,700), leather backpack (HK$30,000), double pleated trousers in textured cotton and linen (HK$5,600) and leather lace-up shoes (HK$7,450). The second look with the aquamarine pea coat comes with a leather weekend bag (HK$22,000). Giorgio Armani is in Chater House, Central.

Originals spin The travelling circus that surrounds Kanye West, unfairly perhaps, can make people judge his output as a designer negatively. But, when it comes to his Yeezy Boost trainers for Adidas Originals, we have to say, we were left feeling distinctly underwhelmed. All the attention on West means people forget that Adidas Originals also does incredibly cool collaborations with long established designers. We love the Raf Simons twist on the classic Stan Smith tennis shoe (above right; HK$3,100) and the outrageously creative spin on the Adidas Superstar trainer by Rick Owens (above left; HK$5,030). Buck up your ideas, Kanye. Adidas Originals is available at Harvey Nichols, The Landmark.
