Who started it? Hong Kong-based blogger and creative director Priscilla I’Anson. Half Australian, half Taiwanese, I’Anson started off as a buyer for Pedder Group then became a stylist, brand consultant and image strategist before launching her hip, elegant label this year.
Why we love it: I’Anson’s contemporary approach translates to easy-to-wear, grown-up pieces with a feminine sensibility. The brand’s first collection has a timeless quality that will carry it far beyond the season.
What we’d pick: we’re calling first dibs on the Camden top (above centre; US$215), which gives an unusual twist to the classic shirt. The Rivoli dress in black (above right; US$275), with its flared and slitted sleeves, will have you party-ready in no time. Or feel empowered in the Savile blazer (above left; US$325).
Where can you get it? PI’A is available at www.p-ia.com.
