Aquazzura boots
This pair of over-the-knee boots (HK$17,850) from Florence-based shoemaker Aquazzura is embroidered with crystal inscriptions (the matching one, not pictured, spells out “Love Me Tender”).
Made of plush velvet and featuring a stiletto heel, the Cupid boot is definitely not made for walking, but rather for shining at a fabulous holiday party.

Gucci DIY
Personalisation is all the rage right now and what better time to get in on the act than the holiday season? Gucci’s popular DIY service, which allows customers to customise items such as trainers and its signature Dionysus bag, is now expanding to knitwear.
Jumpers come in holiday-friendly hues such as red and green and can be personalised with your initials.
The service is available at gucci.com and at Gucci, Landmark, Central.

Hermès tie
Parisian house Hermès is having some fun with its new range of ties. Made from silk, these deceptively traditional ties, which come in classic patterns such as checks and stripes, are embroidered with fun motifs hidden on the back.
Our favourite is the kiss tie (HK$1,760), which features a lip stain secretly woven into the lining.

Louis Vuitton x Grace Coddington
Louis Vuitton’s Catogram collection was designed by the maison’s artistic director Nicolas Ghesquière in collaboration with legendary fashion editor Grace Coddington. A famous lover of cats, Coddington is known for her cute drawings of her beloved Persian cats, Pumpkin and Blanket.
This chain clutch (HK$21,000), which also features Louis Vuitton’s signature monogram, depicts one of her two tabbies in the house’s luxurious epi leather.

Ralph Lauren Polo Bear watch
The Ralph Lauren Polo Bear, which has become the company’s unofficial mascot, adorning socks, jumpers and ties, is now making an appearance on the dials ofwatches (from HK$15,300).
To commemorate the first piece Ralph Lauren ever designed 50 years ago, a tie, some of the straps replicate silk twill patterns such as tartan and stripes.

Delvaux Tempête handbag
A purveyor to the Belgian royal family, leather-goods house Delvaux has become synonymous with ultra high-end handbags. One of its bestsellers, the Tempête, originated in the 1960s and has acquired cult status for its recent iterations conjured up by artistic director Christina Zeller.
The label's autumn/winter collection includes this stunning version in electric-blue alligator (HK$246,500; fur strap HK$14,000).

This lavish set (HK$1,600) features some of the brand’s most popular items, including its signature Magic Cream, and comes in a red and gold glitter box that you can replenish with more of the beauty label’s cult items.

JW Anderson jumper
If you’re looking for a Christmas jumper to gift an adventurous male dresser, this whimsical jumper (HK$6,093) from British brand JW Anderson definitely makes the cut.
Knitted from turquoise wool and printed with an image of a classic button-down shirt, this statement piece features two appliqués: a striped wool tie down the centre and a dinosaur flag on the side.
