How to make chicken nuggets with shichimi, furikake and sesame seeds: double-fried for that extra crunch and brined to stay moist

  • Chicken breast is brined to keep it moist during cooking and flavoured with Japanese seven spice powder
  • The nuggets are fried to cook the meat, then breadcrumbed again and refried for extra crispiness
