The Ritz-Carlton's award-winning mixologist, Lewis Tsang, has created special cocktails inspired by the London shoemaker's intricate designs for both female and male fans of the brand. The Cotton Berry Cloud, with a golden high heel floating on top of a cotton-candy cloud, is a vodka-based frozen raspberry smoothie. The Leather Revolution, inspired by the palette of Choo's autumn/winter men's collection, mixes 18-year-old Islay single malt with French herbal liqueur.
