As part of its US$30 million renovation, The Langham Hong Kong has reopened Palm Court, and the hotel is celebrating this launch by introducing The Langham Afternoon Tea with Wedgwood, created by award-winning executive pastry chef, Reinhard Lackner. The teas, carefully selected by the resident tea sommelier, are served in delicate Wedgwood teaware, its "Langham Rose" design tailor-made for the hotel group. Lackner created the pastries to complement the soft pinks and florals of the teaware.
