Panerai's Canton Road boutique has a new look. With the boutique spanning across 11 storeys- taking up the entire building in bustling Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong now holds the honour of being home to Panerai's largest boutique in the world.
The boutique follows a similar design concept envisioned by Patricia Urquiola (who is featured as our Muse this month). The concept has been used in Panerai boutiques in Florence, Paris, New York and Miami. A vision linking the past and the future, while paying respect to the brand's aesthetics and technical codes, the shop is clean, modern, minimalistic and chic. To celebrate the new storefront, three special-edition timepieces have been created. Each watch is limited to 100 pieces.
We sat down with Panerai CEO Angelo Bonati to find out about his thoughts on the brand’s innovative retail concept in the heart of Hong Kong. Watch the exclusive interview here.
