EVENT DAVIDOFF ART INITIATIVE COCKTAIL PARTY
WHERE POOL HOUSE & GRILL, GRAND HYATT
: With our city's biggest art fair just a stone's throw away, Davidoff celebrated art in many forms at its annual cocktail party. Throughout the night, the art of craftsmanship was celebrated as guests were invited to enjoy the brand's cigars. Actor Michael Wong then took the stage, belting out jazzy tunes to the crowd enjoying Champagne and a Caribbean-inspired buffet. But it was special guest Dita Von Teese's sensual burlesque performance which was truly the highlight of the night. Perhaps more risqué than our city is used to, Von Teese wowed the crowd with her signature Martini glass burlesque routine, sashaying seductively in the gigantic glass.
Needless to say, the city's arty and fashionable crowd flocked to the party. We spotted models Jessica Jann and Jessica Cambensy taking a photo with Von Teese, Brandon Chau enjoying a chat by the Paella station and actor Alex Fong among the crowd.
OVERHEARD Dita Von Teese is so hot. I wish I had the confidence to dance like her.

What is art to you?
Art is representative of a way of living. It's a way of delivering ideas and expressing oneself. It's important in our society.
Do you paint or participate in any other artistic or creative fields?
I'm afraid not. I used to paint when I was a lot younger but, to be honest, I was never a great artist.
