Pre-collections are quickly moving beyond holiday suitcase stuffers. Fashion houses the likes of Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior and more are throwing lavish runway shows at some of the world’s most exotic travel destinations.
Dior just wrapped up its cruise presentation in Cannes, south of France on May 11, while earlier last week Chanel took Seoul and Louis Vuitton landed in Palm Springs, California to launch their resort collections. Here are a few looks that we can’t wait to get our hands on.

Dior
Shown at the surrealistic Pierre Cardin’s Palais Bulles in Cannes, Dior’s resort 2016 collection exudes modern femininity and French Riviera romance. 

 
 
Chanel
Chanel’s presentation in Seoul’s Dongdaemun Design Plaza took inspiration from K-pop and traditional Korean Hanbok dresses.

 
Louis Vuitton
Bob Hope’s estate in Palm Springs played host to Louis Vuitton’s latest cruise collection. Nicolas Ghesquiere’s designs also echoed the architecture’s retro aesthetics with a contemporary twist.
