Angela Bassett – Yale University

One of the most well-educated actors in Hollywood, Angela Bassett has three degrees from Yale. She earned her first one in 1980 when she graduated with a BA in African-American studies. Comedian and actor Minday Kaling attended Dartmouth College in Hanover, New Hampshire. Kaling – who would go on to work on projects such as The Office, Ocean’s 8 and Inside Out – was an active participant in campus life at Dartmouth, working for the college’s daily newspaper, its humour magazine and joining an a cappella group.
