It’s hard to believe Ariana Grande has been in the spotlight for over a decade, practically growing up in front of our very eyes. As the pop princess celebrates her 27th birthday on June 26, we highlight some of the many celebrity friends that will be wishing her well. Because when it comes to Ari, all of us, including A-listers, just cannot get enough of her.

Which celebrity made the weirdest social media posts from self-isolation?

Miley Cyrus

You’d think they would be chart rivals, but Miley and Ariana’s friendship runs deeper than that. Not only have they been mates for years, Miley also was a huge support to Ariana during the One Love Manchester concert that served as a tribute and fundraiser for the lives lost in the tragic concert bombing of 2017.

Besides the string of pictures of Ariana and the Aussie singer on Instagram, they’ve also made appearances in each other’s music videos – and the pair’s song collaboration, Dance to This, is pure pop gold.

Ariana and Millie were first spotted hanging together in January 2018 when Ari texted the Stranger Things actress about her Golden Globes look. Since then Millie has also attended Ariana’s concert in Brooklyn where they hung out together.

Nicki Minaj

It seems Nicki and Ariana cannot get enough of each other. In fact, they’ve collaborated three times already – 2014's Bang Bang (alongside Jessie J), 2016's Side To Side and, most recently, 2018’s The Light Is Coming. They have become close friends over the years, with Ariana calling Nicki “her big sis”.

Justin Bieber

Justin and Ariana have always been close and share the same manager, Scooter Braun. Justin credited Ariana for helping him return to music after his lengthy break, and even joined her on stage during her 2019 Coachella set. Aww.

Lea Michele

It could have been a clash of the divas, but when Lea and Ariana first met on the set of Scream Queens in 2015, they became inseparable. “So much love for this lady …” Lea captioned a photo of her and Ariana on Instagram.

Meghan Trainor

They collaborated on Who Is Fancy’s track Boys Like You back in 2015 when Trainor was a newcomer, and have stayed close ever since. Trainor revealed during an interview: “We talk about the pop star life … What are we doing? What is this crazy life and how do we handle it? She helps me out all the time.”
