Luxury living
G-Dragon now has a penthouse suite in a posh residential area of Seoul with some of the highest prices in Korea, where many fellow celebrities, business leaders and politicians live. Besides more typical rock star features such as a swimming pool, gym and basketball court, Nine One Hannam also includes breakfast service and a video golf area.
According to AllKpop, the newly-constructed complex is made up of 300 homes spread across nine buildings. It uses a stand-alone housing concept, with each flat said to have its own lift. The six-storey estate is an architectural feat with a huge glass facade that gives it a modern and chic look, making it quite the tourist attraction for its museum-like features. G-Dragon’s suite is said to be worth around US$8 million.
