Nita Ambani has become a force to be reckoned with. Stepping out of her billionaire husband Mukesh’s shadow, Nita is recognised as an equally powerful player in the business world. But she is also very involved with her family and makes sure she puts them first. She also just became a grandmother – her son Akash and his wife Shloka are now the proud parents of a baby boy.

So how does Nita – with her packed schedule – manage to run the Ambani household at their luxury mansion Antilia in Mumbai? From engaging constantly with all her family members to making sure she still has time for herself, here’s how she does it.

Nita’s daily diary may be busy, but she has said in past interviews that she makes sure that her family is second to none. Raising her three children, Akash, Isha and Anant, was challenging and time-consuming, which is why everything comes down to time management. Once Nita established boundaries between work and home, she found a system that worked for both her career and family.

Although she runs a vast household and each Ambani family member has their own business interests, Nita has revealed that she always knows where Akash, Isha and Anant are at all times. She has said she keeps such close tabs on her kids, she is even aware of where exactly they are eating dinner on the nights they are not home.
