What did Beyoncé, Megan Thee Stallion and Dua Lipa wear to the Grammys? 8 top designer looks featuring jewellery by Tiffany, Bulgari, Chopard and Schiaparelli
Despite the noticeable absence of flashing cameras along the red carpet, singers and stars still dressed to the nines for the 63rd Annual Grammy Awards on March 14. Celebrities arrived at the Los Angeles Convention Centre in California in the latest designer pieces with sparkling jewellery to match.
Beyoncé
Looking fierce in a black leather dress and gloves with painted gold nails, the singer completed her look with a pair of gold and black earrings, all by Schiaparelli Haute Couture.
Cynthia Erivo
English actress and singer Cynthia Erivo arrived on the red carpet in a silvery creation by Louis Vuitton. To add to the sparkle of the 60,000 glass beads, sequins and crystals that embellished her dress, the actress opted for large statement ear clips. The Tiffany & Co. clips are from the Schlumberger Mellon collection, fashioned in platinum and yellow gold and drenched in diamonds.
Lizzo
Channelling a 1980s prom queen, Lizzo made her way down the red carpet in a sea-foam green Balmain dress and plenty of bling from Bulgari. Complementing the strapless design was a Bulgari Serpenti necklace in white gold and diamonds.
The singer completed the Serpenti look with earrings, bracelets and rings from Bulgari’s signature collection.
Dua Lipa
Ingrid Andress
The power suit always finds its way onto red carpets and this year’s Grammy Awards was no exception. Country singer Ingrid Andress rocked a cream suit from Armani Privé and gave the look a feminine touch with a crystal bodysuit and necklace under her blazer.
She opted for added drama with a pair of statement diamond earrings from Chopard.
Megan Thee Stallion
As if the bright orange wasn’t enough to make heads turn, Megan Thee Stallion’s Dolce & Gabbana dress also had a dramatic train and an oversized bow at the back. Together with 220 carats of diamond jewellery from Chopard, her look was anything but forgettable.
Halle and Chlöe Bailey
Sisters Halle and Chlöe Bailey turned up on the red carpet in custom-made silk embroidered organza gowns from Louis Vuitton. The sisters kept their accessories to a minimum, each opting for a few pieces from Tiffany & Co.
Chlöe wore pieces from the Tiffany T T1 collection including a gold bangle.
Halle wore pieces from the same collection along with some diamond-studded pieces from the Tiffany Victoria collection.
Trevor Noah
Walking the red carpet along with the evening’s other stars was host Trevor Noah, who kept it classic with a black tux. Lending his look a bit of sparkle was a diamond Apollo brooch from Tiffany & Co.’s Schlumberger Collection.
