The home’s former owner originally listed it for US$19.9 million in 2017 – meaning Don Jr. and his girlfriend nabbed it for half the price

The 11,000 sq ft property features a swimming pool with a private deck, a fitness area, massage room and a luxe wood-panelled office

Donald Trump Jr. and his girlfriend, Kimberly Guilfoyle, bought a lavish US$9.7 million mansion in Florida earlier this month.

The couple apparently procured their new home for a bargain, and their property agent Rob Thomson told People magazine that they are “anxious to move in”.

Located in Admiral’s Cove in Jupiter, an exclusive gated community about 32km north of Mar-a-Lago – or a 20-minute drive away – the home boasts six bedrooms and 11 bathrooms spread over more than 11,000 sq ft. It is replete with a host of amenities and decor that can best be described as luxe.
