BTS were announced as ambassadors for Louis Vuitton

The members of boy band BTS are officially the newest house ambassadors for French luxury brand Louis Vuitton, with a campaign showing the group dressed in a youthful pastel colour palette doing the rounds to celebrate the launch.

Its seven members Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V and Jungkook have repeatedly worn Louis Vuitton outfits on stage in recent years, including at this year’s Grammy Awards for their first ever nomination at the event. The group’s brown and black Grammy look was designed by Louis Vuitton men’s artistic director Virgil Abloh.

Korean actress Jun Ji-hyun recently caught the internet’s attention with her Curve bag by Alexander McQueen. The covetable accessory is made of calf leather, and its harness design is as straightforward as it is playful, sleek and chic. It’s available in just one size but 13 colours, and retails for US$1,490, according to the brand’s website. Global ambassador Jun carries the yellow bag, a muted hue that makes a strong statement in the kind of effortless way only an “It” girl like her can.
