Firmly established as Europe’s premiere celebration of cinema, the Cannes Film Festival welcomed back a stellar line-up of movie stars, all donning dazzling fashion on the coastal red carpet. The 74th annual event – staged in the French Riviera from July 6 to 17 and postponed from its original May schedule – shone brightly with heavyweight names from Isabelle Huppert to Diana Kruger, director Wes Anderson, Tilda Swinton and Timothée Chalamet. The occasion also saw fashionable crowds from around the world joining in the style extravaganza. Actress Amy Jackson looked stunning in the off-shoulder burgundy gown from the studios of Atelier Zuhra. Diane Kruger looked elegant in custom Giorgio Armani Privé couture, pairing a vest and a tulle skirt, both embellished with silver micro crystals. Apart from Bella Hadid’s Schiaparelli gown and lung necklace, the 24-year-old stunned in a vintage white Jean Paul Gaultier dress with a long black tulle trail, which came from the couturier’s 2002 couture show modelled by Naomi Campbell. How cute and charming was Timothée Chalamet in this silver Tom Ford suit and Celine shades, along with matching Cartier accessories?
