Out of all of the Real Housewives franchises, none are as glamorous, fabulous and downright Hollywood as the iconic cast of Beverly Hills. And just like the line-up of ladies has changed throughout the show’s 11 seasons, so has the housewives’ wealth.

While scandal-ridden Erika Jayne’s net worth recently plummeted to a paltry US$5 million after her divorce, long-time cast member Kyle Richards has used the reality show to grow her wealth into a US$100 million empire.
And while the official cast members seem to currently reach the ceiling at around the US$100 million mark, it’s current “friend of the Housewives” cast member Kathy Hilton who really brings the big bucks to the show.

Charming fans with her quirky sense of humour and no-nonsense attitude, the franchise’s latest addition ranks first in the net worth game. Thanks to her famous Hilton surname, Kathy, 62, has a jaw-dropping net worth of US$350 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth.

So who else in Beverly Hills is laughing all the way to the bank in 2021? Meet RHOBH’s richest cast members ever.

Carlton Gebbia, 47

Estimated net worth: Over US$100 million

Here’s one we bet you didn’t see coming. British addition Gebbia only lasted for one shaky season during the show’s fourth run, and has largely remained low-key since then, but she secretly became one of the richest women to ever appear on the show.

The self-proclaimed witch – she’s a practicing Wiccan – lived in a castle when we last saw her in 2014. Since then, the wife, mother and businesswoman has run several family businesses alongside hubby David, including financial services and a high-end custom home development company.

The couple called it quits in 2018, but with a US$100 million net worth in 2021, Gebbia certainly doesn’t need no man to pay her bills. In 2019 and 2020, her net worth was reported to be at around US$50 million so, like other millionaires across the globe, she seems to be making a mint during the pandemic.

Kyle Richards, 52

Estimated net worth: US$100 million

Ever since she joined The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills in 2010, Richards’ net worth has increased significantly. It’s no wonder that she’s the last original cast member on the show, still raking in the big bucks. The former child star still earns money from acting gigs and her clothing lines, but is a philanthropist at heart (obvs).

Of course, Richards’ husband Mauricio Umansky is a successful property agent, which doesn’t hurt. Umansky has been involved with high profile properties including the Playboy Mansion and Walt Disney estate through his own real estate firm, The Agency. He previously sold extravagant properties to mega celebrities like Michael Jackson and Prince back in the day.

Lisa Vanderpump, 60

Estimated net worth: US$90 million.

Who doesn’t miss Vanderpump, who abruptly left the show in 2019? The OG Housewife and hubby Ken Todd made most of their fortune thanks to their highly successful restaurant, bar and club business, and were not afraid to flash their vast wealth. And while we miss her antics in Beverly Hills, Vanderpump continues to entertain viewers through spin-off show Vanderpump Rules, which is set in her West Hollywood restaurant and bar.

Camille Grammer, 52

Estimated net worth: US$50 million

Grammer has been on and off The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills since the show premiered in 2010, being married to actor Kelsey Grammer at the time, with whom she shares two children. Kelsey filed for divorce in 2011, and the entire saga was shared in the early seasons. After two full-time seasons of RHOBH, Grammer left the show as an official cast member. Fortunately for fans, she has appeared as a guest or a “friend” in almost every season since.

If her social media is anything to go by, Grammer clearly misses being a part of the show, and is doing whatever she can to deliver commentary and cause even more drama among the current cast.

Dorit Kemsley, 45

The mother-of-two surely knows how to turn out looks in head-to-toe branded designer outfits, and she can certainly afford to do so. Kemsley, 44, is married to real estate developer and celebrity manager Paul Kemsley, and together they have a combined net worth of US$50 million. Despite bankruptcy rumours, the fashion designer is still living large in their US$7.5 million mansion and working on swimwear line Beverly Beach and a new bridal collection with Nektaria.

Adrienne Maloof, 59

Estimated net worth: US$50 million

The businesswoman, socialite, television personality and shoe designer was a permanent fixture on the show for the first three seasons, and has made multiple appearances since.

Maloof and hubby Paul Nassif called it quits in 2013 soon after she was fired from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for not showing up for the season three reunion. Their messy divorce was splashed all over the press, but these days they’re in a happy place as co-parents of their children, and can even still be spotted on the red carpet together.

The Maloof family still owns a part of the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, are minority owners of the Vegas Golden Knights NHL team, and Adrienne herself owns a hangover supplement, Never Too Hungover.

Yolanda Hadid, 57

Estimated net worth: US$45 million

Few Housewives are as fabulous, powerful and iconic as Dutch model Hadid. Born Yolanda van den Herik, she was famously married to Mohamed Hadid and is the mum of Gigi and Bella, who also appeared on the show.

Hadid appeared as series regular from season three to 6, and was married to uber successful musician David Foster at the time. The pair split in 2017, and in 2020 Hadid announced she was in a relationship with Joseph “Joey” Jingoli, the CEO of a construction and development company.

Thanks to her famous husbands, famous children and own successful career, Hadid is still rolling in cash and only continues to get richer.
