Last year was a baby boom for celebrities amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, and 2021 has had no shortage of pregnancy and baby news either! Many of these A-listers recently got back to the grind, but that did not stop them from expanding their families.

Oscar-winner Emma Stone and her hubby Dave McCary kick-started the year by welcoming a daughter in March, and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle revealed that Archie was going to be a big brother on Valentine’s Day, welcoming Lilibet in June.

It’s baby No 2 for on-again, off-again couple Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott. Or is it? Though the Kylie Cosmetics founder and the Highest in the Room rapper have yet to confirm that their three-year-old daughter Stormi is getting a sibling soon, multiple sources – like Caitlyn Jenner – have already spilled the beans, according to Page Six.

Rumours of Scarlett Johansson’s pregnancy began swirling earlier this year when the actress skipped promotional events for her new film Black Widow. Her hubby, Saturday Night Live writer Colin Jost, eventually confirmed this month that the couple are expecting their first child. According to Page Six, Jost revealed the news while performing at a stand-up gig.

Not long after, Jost shared a statement in an Instagram post revealing that the pair had welcomed a baby boy named Cosmo.

Rap power couple Cardi B and Offset have another child on the way! The Grammy award winner unveiled her baby bump during a performance at the 2021 BET Awards in June with her partner by her side. They are already parents to three-year-old daughter Kulture Kiari – who once got a Hermès handbag as a birthday gift.

Following the news that her younger sister Princess Eugenie gave birth to a baby boy in February, it was later revealed that Princess Beatrice also had a little bun in the oven, with her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi. Buckingham Palace released a statement in May saying that the newlywed couple is “expecting a baby in autumn of this year”. Their first child will be Queen Elizabeth’s 12th great-grandchild.

Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Andre Gray

Surprise! Little Mix singer Leigh-Anne Pinnock did not just welcome one baby, but a set of twins with her fiancé Andre Gray this August. “We asked for a miracle, we were given two,” Pinnock wrote on Instagram along with a black-and-white photo of her newborns’ tiny feet.

Perrie Edwards and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain

Just days apart from her bandmate Pinnock, Perrie Edwards officially became a mum with the arrival of her first child with English Premier League footballer Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain. It was also back in May that the pop singer broke the news of her pregnancy on Instagram.

Gal Gadot and hubby Yaron Varsano added a new member to their family in June. “Here we go again,” the Wonder Woman star captioned an Instagram family pic with Varsano and their two daughters, Alma and Maya, in March. They named their third child Daniella.

And then there were three! Queer Eye fashion guru Tan France and his husband, illustrator Rob France, announced that their son Ismail had been born via surrogate in July. Tan initially teased on Instagram that they were going to become dads with a photo of him cradling an ultrasound image over his belly.
