But it all came crashing down when he was caught in a drug raid – now he’s under 24-hour surveillance at Mumbai Central Prison, where his dad SRK just visited him

Aryan Khan’s life has been a fairy tale filled with riches that most can only dream of. From international trips to OTT luxury living, his dad Shah Rukh Khan’s mega-wealth has given him the dream life.

But on October 2, that all came tumbling down after he was arrested in connection to a drug raid on a cruise ship off the coast of Mumbai. He traded in all the extravagance for rationed meals, strict bedtime and roll-call at one of India’s most notorious prisons: Mumbai Central.

His bail plea was rejected on October 20, while dad SRK was spotted for the first time since the arrest on October 21, visiting his son in jail.

Shah Rukh Khan and his wife Gauri Khan are known for their luxury homes around the world. Gauri is an interior designer and fills her home with signature pieces collected from her travels across the globe.

Their most well-known home is Mannat in Mumbai. According to Vogue India, Shah Rukh Khan said the property first caught his eye when he was filming Yes Boss. Gauri told the publication that it took more than a decade to make it into her perfect home and she made sure everyone in the family, including their children Aryan, Suhana and Abram, had a say in the decor. The home is also popular spot among tourists as the King of Bollywood even had a podium built for him to greet fans on.
