After staying out of the public eye for 18 years, Samuel Aitken, Kitty Spencer’s half-brother, has suddenly been catapulted into the fame lane after he walked his sister down the aisle back in July. Yes, all eyes were on the exquisite bride during her nuptials to billionaire Michael Lewis in Italy, but dashing Aitken also caught the eye of many. Since then, he has been signed to a modelling agency, is getting global media coverage and gained a massive fan following. Well, Kitty Spencer is the eldest child of Earl Charles Spencer and Victoria Aitken (previously Lockwood). Charles is the brother of the late Princess of Wales, Diana. Charles and Victoria have four children together. After Kitty, there are two twin sisters, Lady Eliza and Lady Amelia . The three sisters have a younger brother, Louis Spencer, whose official title is Viscount Althorp. Charles and Victoria divorced in 1997. Victoria then had a son with Jonathan Aitken, who she was married to between 2005 and 2009. That son is Samuel. According to Tatler, the siblings all grew up together in Cape Town . They always share images of each other on social media, supporting one another and showing love. In the lead-up to Kitty’s wedding in Italy earlier this year, Eliza shared a picture of herself with Samuel, which showed them visiting the Colosseum. Eliza also captioned a group photo of the siblings from 2015, “my world”. His big wedding debut Samuel has kept much of his life away from the public eye, even making his social media pages private, reports Tatler . But when he walked his sister Kitty down the aisle at her extravagant Italian wedding to business tycoon Michael Lewis in July, his good looks were immediately noticed. In fact, just over two months later, it was announced he had signed his first contract with 20 Modelling Management. The agency is located in Cape Town and describes itself as a premium modelling agency that represents over 250 models, who have appeared in high-end campaigns for brands including Gucci, BMW, Levi’s, DKNY and Gap. He’s happily taken In October, Samuel hinted at a romance after posting picture of his matric dance – a formal event that sends off graduating high school students in South Africa – at his school with Noa Duckitt. He called her an “incredible date” and said the night was “unbelievable”. A few days later, he posted a romantic message to his lady love, saying she makes dark days better. On his Instagram page, he said it was a privilege to play rugby for his school team. Other pictures show him in popular Western Cape holiday spot, Plettenberg Bay.
