At just 19 years old, Indian teen Anushka Sen is already an internet sensation. She has more than 29.3 million followers on Instagram and 2.5 million subscribers on YouTube, regularly posting single videos that get millions of views.

Perhaps best known for her role in children’s fantasy TV show Baal Veer, the Indian actress also won awards for 2021 film Am I Next.

Most recently, Sen was in the Maldives with her parents. As she shows off her incredible physique, we had a look at her YouTube videos to give you the inside scoop on how she keeps in tip-top shape, as well as her hair and skin care tips.

The social media sensation says she makes it a point to exercise every day, and a core workout at home is a part of her morning routine. This way, she can focus on certain target areas for a well-rounded exercise regime.

But it’s not just home workouts that keep Sen fit. The Baal Veer star also says she’s an active person who enjoys cycling, badminton and yoga.

When she’s not on set, the social media influencer is at home filming content for her YouTube channel and Instagram account. This means working hard and setting aside time to make new content for her fans.

But she also makes sure to make time for herself. In a YouTube video titled “My Nighttime Routine, Quarantine Edition”, Sen shares that she likes to read books or binge-watch Netflix shows like Friends before calling it a day.

Being in front of the camera means that Sen has to take extra good care of her skin, and frequent travelling can put stress on her complexion too. Sen says she takes off her make-up at the end of every day, even if she’s tired. She also puts on a face mask to hydrate her skin and then lathers on a layer of moisturiser.

Hair

Sen has long luscious locks and she uses a combination of beauty products and old-school recipes to keep her hair healthy and hydrated. Sen says her favourite hair trick is to mix four oils – olive, castor, almond and coconut – into her hair. She then takes a warm towel, dips it into hot water and wraps it around her hair for 10 minutes.

 

Once it has remained in her hair for the allocated time, she gives herself a scalp massage to ensure all the oils are properly absorbed. The result is glowing locks that are always shining.

Once she has played with her dog Cindra, she eats a fiber-conscious breakfast. Sen makes sure to balance her diet with lots of fruits and vegetables and says for dinner she will always have a salad with some fruit for a treat.
