When Victoria Adams – aka Posh Spice – and David Beckham got married back in July 1999, it instantly became a historic pop culture moment. The Spice Girls singer and Manchester United footballer were both at the top of their games, and their nuptials were a day made in tabloid heaven. Back then, we didn’t think it got bigger than that.

Fast forward 20-something years, and we’ve all gotten old. We’re about to witness a full circle moment when the Beckhams’ first born, 22-year-old Brooklyn (who attended his parents’ iconic wedding at just four months old) weds actress Nicola Peltz on April 9 in their own star-studded ceremony.

Unsurprisingly, Brooklyn’s lavish wedding plans have had social media abuzz.

While both of his parents were famous in their own right when they splashed out on their wedding, the budding social media chef hasn’t exactly set the world alight, but he seems to be throwing an even bigger bash than his iconic parents did.
