Williams bought the property back in 2015 from Guess co-founder Armand Marciano – for US$32.67 million. Fast forward seven years, and word is the former Take That singer was hoping to pass it on for US$80 million, but after failing to find a buyer, had to reduce the price.

Williams is believed to have settled for around US$50 million, reports Mansion Global. However, the deal is an off-market arrangement, which means little is known about the particulars of the sale.
