Ivanka Trump and her younger brother Eric Trump have defended their father in public on many occasions, but Donald Trump’s firstborn child Don Jr. has a unique way of hitting back at big names who share criticism of the former US president. Between loved-up posts about his fiancé Kimberly Guilfoyle and sweet tributes to his children, the father-of-five’s Instagram page is filled with memes trolling the likes of Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Demi Lovato. Of course, it’s no coincidence that all of them have criticised his dad Donald at some point … Down in the Trumps! How Cristiano Ronaldo lost millions on his Trump Tower flat 1. The Rock backtracks on Rogan Johnson blasted then-President Trump for his lack of “compassionate leadership” amid protests in response to the killing of George Floyd. Two years later, after The Rock walked back his support of comedian Joe Rogan when a Twitter user alerted him to Rogan’s past racially insensitive comments, Don Jr. saw his chance to lash out at the wrestler-turned-actor. Imagine someone who would throw a good friend under the bus to appease some woke d-bag lunatic on Twitter?” Meet the 8 richest pets in the world – but which has the US$500m fortune? 2. Demi Lovato’s new look Singer Lovato wrote a Donald diss track in 2020, so it’s no surprise that Don Jr. came for the star. He posted a meme on Instagram reading “everything woke turns to s***,” mocking the Commander-in-Chief hitmaker’s transformed appearance. Critics said the post about the musician, who revealed they are non-binary in May 2021, reeked of misogyny. The post has since been deleted. 3. Whoopi Goldberg’s comments Donald was a friend to Whoopi Goldberg’s daytime show The View in the past, but many of the panellists on the programme have criticised the former US president regardless of their political affiliation. They also got into a heated exchange with Don Jr. on the programme in 2019. What’s going on with Melania Trump? Her controversial 2022 so far 4. Greta Thunberg and Justin Trudeau A teenage Greta Thunberg ruthlessly blasted Donald amid her climate activism work, and the politician even replied to her publicly, despite his wife Melania insisting that children should be off-limits. Don Jr. continues to echo his dad’s feelings with his social media posts, and in February when Donald labelled Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau a “far-left lunatic”, Don Jr. reposted a 2019 image of Thunberg and Trudeau together on Instagram, labelling the politician an “annoying little b****”, taking a sideways swipe at the climate activist at the same time. Trudeau has opposed Trump’s handling of the coronavirus pandemic and social justice movement in 2020, and accused him of inciting violence that led to the storming of the US Capitol in January 2021. Who is Anna Delvey, the fake heiress in Netflix’s Inventing Anna? 5. Alec Baldwin shooting Alec Baldwin famously portrayed Donald on Saturday Night Live and has admitted that even off-screen he’s no fan of the reality star-turned-politician. After the actor accidentally shot and killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of his movie, Don Jr. has relentlessly trolled the star and even sold T-shirts mocking the incident . The T-shirts’ slogan read, “Guns don’t kill people, Alec Baldwin kills people”. Gun control activists found the slogan especially harmful. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Donald Trump Jr. (@donaldjtrumpjr) In January, he shared a meme of Baldwin sitting behind a sign that read, “I killed more people last year than the 1/6 rioters. Change my mind.” Want more stories like this? Follow STYLE on Facebook , Instagram , YouTube and Twitter .
