Her sisters Kim and Kourtney had similar physiques while Khloe was taller and fuller. Find purpose In an interview with Jay Shetty on his podcast On Purpose in 2019, Kardashian said her big moment away from the yo-yo dieting culture came when she split from husband Lamar Odom in 2013. She said she was unhealthy and overweight for most of her life and it was during that time that she turned to the gym for a release: “I needed a release and I needed to feel strong and I just needed to get rid of all these thoughts.” 3. Go slow As her body transformation continues to wow the world, Kardashian’s biggest tip is that she learnt to understand that long-term results don’t come fast. When she was doing Pilates, she told NewBeauty that she could see a visible difference in her body.
