A new celebrity kid is making waves in Milan: meet Alastair Wallace Stewart, the eldest son of British rock icon Rod Stewart and model Penny Lancaster. At just 16 years old, he’s already beginning to make his mark on the fashion world as an up-and-coming model.
He’s not doing badly on Instagram either. Referring to himself as Ali Stewart on the account, he has a respectable 13,000 followers at the time of writing. He hasn’t posted much, but every time he does it appears to be from a different part of the world, whether Milan, Florida, London or Monaco. He most recently made headlines for being plastered across a huge billboard in Milan as a model for an Italian fashion brand.

He is the eldest child from Rod Stewart and Penny Lancaster’s marriage
Alastair’s parents – Stewart, 77, and Lancaster, 51 – began dating in 1999. At the time, Stewart and his second wife Rachel Hunter had just split up, and Lancaster was studying photography at university. According to British media, she was dared by her friends to ask for the rock star’s autograph, which she did.
The next night, she was invited to go to his concert and take photographs. However, the musician recalls that while he had acquired Lancaster’s number, due to his recent break-up, he’d decided to give it to his bassist instead. Six months later he eventually got in touch with the model.
Stewart and Lancaster tied the knot in 2007 in La Cervara, Italy, reported British media. In June, the pair shared a photo of themselves glammed up for their 15th wedding anniversary on their social media.
