In her latest video, YouTuber Alex Hirschi, aka Supercar Blondie , appears to be taking a break from her usual action-packed automotive-themed content to give an exclusive tour of an incredible US$40 million mansion in one of Dubai’s most expensive locales. Happily, there is still a car-related surprise at the jaw-dropping villa. Here’s the low-down on her video for those not in the know … The US$40 million mansion on Dubai’s Palm Island Located on one of Dubai’s ultra-exclusive, tree-shaped Palm Jumeirah Islands, the mansion’s mystery owner has clearly invested millions customising the home’s sleek contemporary architecture and design, and Hirschi points out that even the foosball table in the lounge costs US$17,000. Boasting floor-to-ceiling glass windows, the mansion looks out onto the ocean and across Dubai, including an uninterrupted view across to the iconic Atlantis, The Palm hotel. What makes it even more special is a 30-metre-long infinity pool right next to the sea. Who will be the next James Bond? 10 men – and 1 woman – in the running But the highlight of this magnificent villa is something that’s truly unique, and Hirschi doesn’t waste too much time before introducing it in the video: a giant underwater 14-car garage. A supercar collection worth US$24 million Before making her way down to the garage, Hirschi rummages through a bowl of supercar keys and picks out four of them. She then walks down a staircase and turns a corner to finally reveal the stunning garage that’s packed with incredibly rare supercars and hypercars. The collection of cars includes a Bugatti Super Sport 300+, two LaFerraris, a Ferrari F12, a Mercedes-Benz GT Black Series, a McLaren Senna and a Ford GT. The YouTuber goes on to state that the collection is worth a whopping US$24 million. In fact, the garage itself cost around US$4 million to construct since the builders had to dig underneath the sea to make it, and add a great deal of waterproofing to protect it from seawater. “The waterproofing on this place is just insane,” she adds. Another quirky feature of the garage is a glass window on its ceiling that offers a view from the villa’s lounge upstairs directly down onto the Ferraris. Hirschi uses the garage’s lift to reach the living area and show how the window offers a very satisfying view of the gorgeous cars below. Inside Chris Hemsworth’s superhero-worthy luxury watch collection After checking out the garage, Hirschi continues with her detailed tour and explores other parts of the mansion, including the living spaces, bedrooms, kitchens and several of its entertaining spaces. At one point, she mentions how the US$40 million mansion and the incredible views it affords really give you the feeling that you’ve “made it”. Well, she’s not wrong.
