No doubt, it’s been another big year for the 51-year-old tech entrepreneur, but he’s been making the headlines for all the wrong reasons, including a few missteps at Twitter, like reinstating Donald Trump’s account and staying put (so far) after a poll he initiated gave the clear message that most users wanted him out as CEO.

If you weren’t keeping count, it was revealed earlier in the year that Elon Musk, whose estimated net worth is nearly US$156 billion, has nine children. The number was previously thought to be seven, but, surprise, surprise, it turns out he had twins with an executive of his artificial intelligence company Neuralink via IVF. Shortly afterwards, Australian actress Natasha Bassett, who recently starred in Elvis, ended her relationship with Musk after news of his secret twins was revealed to the world.

Previously, the Tesla CEO had boasted that he was doing his part to “boost” the US population after its birth rate saw a downward trend.
