L’Escargot Princess Diana used to frequent this fine dining joint in Soho, which is also London’s oldest French restaurant, per Country & Town House. Open since 1927, L’Escargot is housed within a historic Georgian town house from the 1700s and sits on prime Greek Street just a short walk from the city’s iconic theatres. Fortnum & Mason The upmarket department store, which has its only overseas outpost in Hong Kong, has a long history with the British royal family.
