- Hefner’s second youngest child ‘grew up with Playboy [magazines] strewn around the house’, is part of the LGBT community, and welcomed his first child this year
Hugh Hefner’s 33-year-old son Marston says he’s made good money as a content creator from adults-only platform OnlyFans – and admits it’s probably thanks to his “nepo baby” heritage.

According to Business Insider, the son of the late Playboy founder Hugh Hefner has made over US$30,000 since joining the streaming service in March.
“If I wasn’t Hugh Hefner’s son I wouldn’t have seen the same opportunities I have been given. If I didn’t have my last name, it wouldn’t have been even possible to get this kind of stuff, so I’m grateful,” he told the website.
The same source adds that Marston, who is Hefner’s second youngest child, grew up in the Playboy mansion, which left him with the idea that nudity is acceptable.
Here’s what you need to know about Marston Hefner:
Marston Hefner is the son of Hugh Hefner and his second wife, Kimberley Conrad

Hugh Hefner, the Playboy founder who died in 2017 at 91, had four children during his lifetime. Hefner is buried next to late Hollywood icon (and first ever Playboy cover star) Marilyn Monroe, according to Fox News.
Hefner had his first child, Christie, who is now 71, in 1952, and his son David in 1955 – both with his first wife Millie Williams. He then had two more, sons Marston and Cooper, with his second wife Kimberley Conrad.
He is the editor and founder of Young Magazine

Hefner seems to have shown some interest in publishing like his father. Per his website bio, he was the founder and editor of Young Magazine. However it’s unclear whether the publication is still in business, since the website’s link is broken.
