Don Lemon is launching his own media company – and he’s taking it to Elon Musk’s X, according to an announcement by the American TV personality in early January.

“I’ve heard you … and I am back, bigger, bolder, freer!” he wrote on the platform. “My new media company’s first project is The Don Lemon Show. It will be available to everyone, easily, whenever and wherever you want it, streaming on the platforms where the conversations are happening. And you’ll find it first on X … I know now more than ever that we need a place for honest debate and discussion without the hall monitors. This is just the beginning so stay tuned.”

Tim Malone also used to work in media

With a bachelor’s degree in history and journalism, Malone went on to join the NBCUniversal Page Program in 2006, per his LinkedIn. He rose up through the ranks and ended up working on the sales side of several high profile sports events for the network, including Sunday Night Football, the Premier League, NHL, the French Open and the Tour de France.
In 2013, he moved to music magazine Billboard where he worked as the director, then executive director, of brand partnerships until 2016.
