A-listers are glittering at the Met Gala as we speak and, while we love to see iconic outfits on the red carpet from our fave stars, there’s no denying that Anna Wintour is the true queen of the event

There is perhaps no one more familiar with the biggest fashion event of the year than Wintour herself, as she has presided over the annual extravaganza for almost 30 years.

The editor-in-chief of Vogue not only chooses the esteemed guest list, but she’s also in charge of a lot of the back of house organisation, per Time.

Yet, despite her endlessly busy schedule, 74-year-old Wintour has still managed to find time to have a personal life away from work – having been married twice, and raised two children who are now grown up.
