According to E! News, Roberts and John met through mutual friends in mid-2022. The pair went Instagram official that August, when John posted a black and white photo of them kissing on a yacht. An insider told the outlet a couple of months later that John was good at making Roberts laugh.
“Emma loves Cody’s personality. He’s really funny and they have been having a good time together,” the source told E!, adding, “Emma is cautious about bringing her son around new people, but knows the day will come soon.”
