Mary-Kate Olsen was just spotted on a rare public outing with her low-key, ultra-rich boyfriend Paul-Charles “PC” Valmorbida, as reported by Vogue.
The duo were seen enjoying some retail therapy in New York City on The Row designer’s 38th birthday on June 13. While Olsen donned a casual oversized tee with black trousers – and carried a shopping bag from her luxury brand – her 37-year-old beau sported a Nike T-shirt and shorts for their day out.

Here’s what we know about her current partner:
PC Valmorbida hails from a wealthy family

PC Valmorbida is part of a wealthy Italian-Australian family running a food company in Australia. Per The Age, the family had an estimated net worth of US$330 million (AU$500 million) as of 2021, with much of their income derived from introducing the market to products such as Lavazza coffee, Sirena tuna and La Gina canned tomatoes.
Not much is known about PC’s upbringing, but British media notes that he is a third-generation scion in the household and went to school in Melbourne. According to an interview he gave to ArtNews in 2010, he studied photography at the ICP (International Center of Photography) in New York, and the School of Visual Arts.
His brother Andrew was previously embroiled in an art fraud case, as reported by The Times in 2022.
