Things are getting heated between Halle Berry and her ex-husband.
A judge has denied Berry’s request for the courts to intervene in her and Olivier Martinez’s co-parenting agreement, according to court documents obtained by People this month.
Berry – who shares nine-year-old son Maceo with Martinez – alleged that he hadn’t been seeing a co-parenting coach as they had previously arranged. In the filing, the John Wick 3 actress said that Martinez “has chosen to repeatedly violate agreements and court orders with careless regard”, per People.
But while Berry’s relationship with her ex remains strained, she continues to have something of a picture-perfect romance with her current partner, Van Hunt, who has been by her side for four years now.
